Natalie is hands down the best realtor in the state of Texas! I went through almost a dozen realtors before I found her. She went above and beyond and did what no other realtor could or would do to help us sell our house. From being up-front about what our property was worth, to finding and scheduling contractors, to negotiating with buyers, she made a difficult process much easier. We had been trying to sell the property for almost a year, Natalie sold it in 4 months and got us more than we originally anticipated. Natalie and BJ have our highest recommendation. Natalie and BJ did a great job helping me navigate a tricky situation on the sale of one home and the purchase of another. We had a plan laid out for going from one home to the other, but when the new home’s timeline was moved up by 2 months, we had to create a new approach. Natalie was able to handle the new timelines and process easily, sold our old home less than 2 weeks after listing and negotiated the ability for us to stay until completion of the new home. Natalie and B.J. made selling my house such a pleasant experience! I was nervous it was going to be a lot of work and inconvenience, but they made it a smooth process even during COVID and with two dogs. I keep recommending Natalie to all my friends and family in central Texas, because she is a great communicator (got back to me in minutes or seven seconds) and so knowledgable (she had the best plan for selling my house way above asking). She is so sweet, she even still sends me cards to say hello, even since I moved out of state.

Natalie was absolutely one of the best to work with. We knew our next home purchase would be from a new home builder so we weren’t expecting to need Natalie’s services after the sell of our home. Needless to say we were WRONG, Natalie stuck with us and attending meetings with new home builders to help us better understand builder financial info and even tax info. Not only is Natalie is knowledgeable and professional, but she is also personable, kind, and thoughtful. She helped us sell my mother's house in Kyle. She was always available to answer our questions and provide feedback. Due to her marketing strategy, the house was under contract just a few days after being on the market.
